Bangladesh Jeweller’s Association (BAJUS) paid tribute to Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on Sunday.

On behalf of BAJUS President Sayem Sobhan Anvir, central leaders of the association placed a floral wreath at the shrine of Bangabandhu at Tungipara in Gopalganj at 4 pm.

They stood in solemn silence and prayed for eternal peace for the departed souls of Bangabandhu and other martyred family members.

Dr Dilip Kumar Roy, former President of BAJUS and Chairman of Standing Committee on District Monitoring,  Ruhul Amin Russel, Adviser of BAJUS and Business Editor of the daily Bangladesh Pratidin, Ripnul Hasan, BAJUS Executive Member and Member Secretary of Standing Committee on Law and Membership,  Pabitra Chandra Ghos, Member of BAJUS Executive Committee and  Standing Committee on District Monitoring,  Rakibul Islam Chowdhury, Member of Standing Committee on District Monitoring, and leaders of Gopalganj unit of the organisation were present.
